Domestic Shipping:
- Please note that all shipping is domestic (within Australia) only.
Standard Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.50 AUD per total order
Express Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $18.95 AUD per total order
Free shipping within Australia: Minimum purchase $300.00 AUD per total order

Dispatch of orders will be within 1-3 days of purchase, unless there is a need for stocking the product in which case the consumer will be contacted and provided with a dispatch time frame, generally within 5 days of purchase.
- All Shipments are trackable using a variation of shipping companies. Australia Post - Toll Ipec - Star Track
- Which service we use is at our discretion and depends on the size of the shipment.
- In some cases you may be asked for Authority To Leave (ATL) if we deem the address to be residential and a signature is required to receive.

For International Shipping:
- Items can be purchased from this site for delivery outside of Australia.
- For orders shipped to countries or regions listed below will be Exempt of the Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 10%.
- This will be shown in CART VIEW once you have selected an Estimate for Shipping and is also shown in CHECKOUT.
- Export Sales may be liable for Duties and/or Taxes upon entry into the country of received goods.
Duties and/or Taxes are payable by the receiver of the goods NOT the seller.

You will then be given two options of Postal Services. These options are listed below with approximate delivery times.

Standard Returns Policy
Our standard returns policy applies to all purchases made online, in-store, or by telephone unless otherwise agreed to in writing via email prior to purchase.14-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email at sales@classicswitches.com.au within 14 days of receiving your products
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- You must include a copy of the original invoice with returned goods
- Return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
Refund processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods
- Payment will be made via bank transfer to the original purchaser or refunded to the credit card used for purchase
Returns Outside the 14-Day Window
Return requests made after 14 days from receipt of goods are subject to the following conditions:- A 20% restocking fee will apply, OR
- The return may be declined entirely
- All such returns require approval and are assessed on a case-by-case basis
We understand that project requirements can change and excess stock situations occur. Where circumstances warrant, we may offer the following alternative:
Store Credit Option (Subject to Approval):
- Returns accepted for store credit toward future purchases
- 20% restocking fee applies
- Credit can be used on future projects
- This option helps cover costs associated with processing and restocking items outside our normal returns period
Special Arrangements & Exceptions
IMPORTANT: Any variation to this standard returns policy—including extended return periods, sample purchases, or other special arrangements—must be confirmed in writing via email prior to purchase or directly after.- Verbal discussions or agreements made by telephone are not binding
- All special return arrangements require written confirmation via email from Restore In Style
